I was absolutely gratified with my Yoga tour to India and the benefit it hold to me. I visited India two years ago and went back along with some cherished reminiscences of the Indian culture and heritage. This time I came to India, for other surpassing motivation- I joined a 6 months course on yoga physical therapy. I was bewildered at the healing capability of yoga, being a bellicose arts teacher by profession.

Yoga has relevantly been the practice of people of the Vedic Indians and since then it has never expelled out of application, rather went on to triumph continents far and wide. I comprehend why more and more people are engaging in yoga as a substitute to calisthenics.

It has backed my confidence and enhanced concentration and proficiency. It also refines circulation, activates the resistance and creates a sense of well being and peace.

My teacher told me that the ancient Indian yogis versed yoga to attain unite with the spiritual awareness or the intellectual self, which in turn creates true happiness, deliverance and edification. I could really feel that the miscellaneous positions of yoga and meditation are so gentle for the spirit that you need to indulge in order to get a feel.
