Experience Shared by the Traveller
Buddhist Circuits of India tour package, came to me at a time when I was very disturbed and there was chaos in my life as nothing seemed to have gone right with me for several months. So, this tour was really a solace to my tarnished life. After embarking on the pilgrim tour of India, my mind calmed down and all that seemed unnatural started to seem to be a part and parcel of life. Mathura and Ayodhya are amazing places to visit as you really get to feel the divine presence of a supernatural spirit. The beautiful temples and the routine schedule of the devotees of Ram and Krishna are awe-inspiring. I should also never forget to mention the Buddha temples and monasteries that present an impeccable style of architecture and paintings. The Buddhist pilgrimage stopped my mind from wandering unnecessarily. Finally, a dip in the holy Ganges purified my soul and I felt the divinity in me. I later carried a container filled with Ganga water while leaving Varanasi. But, what was irritating about this tour, was that the in many places there were the pandas( saints) who were unnecessary trying to interfere in my activities, and would try to give me their unwanted suggestions. But, it was the sheer support and guidance of my tour operators that I was able to keep them at bay. So, I thank my tour guides for showing concern about my security and 'free will'. I liked their hospitality and so would like to be with them in my next tour to India.
