Udaipur has also been centre of attraction for the religious travelers, thanks to number of temples that dot the city. Watching temples in India is not an uncommon phenomenon; nevertheless, watching same built by medieval rulers has its own charm. One of the much frequented and renowned temples is Eklingi temple. This big size temple is devoted after lord shiva. Another temple of much significance from visiting viewpoint of pilgrims is Jag mandir palace. This is a colossal palace erected at the bank of lake Pichhola, the credit for the construction for which goes to rulers of Sisodia Rajputs. Last but not least, would be to pay a visit to the gargantuan temple of Jagdish-ji. The constructed of this temple had been commissioned by Maharana jagat singh. The visits to these temples would sanctify your mind filling your minds with utter serenity.
